Best in Douz
Huge sand dunes, vast open spaces and the magic of the Tunisian Sahara.
Unique Quality: The Hotel Mouradi Douz offers modern well appointed rooms; all with views of sand dunes, pool or gardens, all rooms are air conditioned and have direct dial telephones, satellite TV and a mini bar.
The hotel offers guests a choice of restaurants and bars, including the El Becha, a buffet style restaurant, two bars, one a saloon style bar, the other a pool bar, and a Moorish cafe.
The hotel has a conference room accommodating up to 300 people in theatre style.

OASIS OF COMFORT
**A 5 star wonder that somehow only has 4 stars**
I ended up here unexpectedly when I booked a 3 day excursion across Tunisia. Absolutely fantastic! You actually drive along the edge of the Sahara Desert to get here. Your travels here bring you along a desolate wasteland that suddenly opens up to this absolutely heavenly oasis of a luxury hotel. Once inside reveals the truly stunning outdoor swimming pool complex within the compound. Several verandas allow you absolutely breathtaking views of the Sahara. I especially recommend a moonlight peak at the moon playing over the dunes.
Rooms are good and the bathrooms well designed and enhanced by the nice tile interiors. The buffet restaurant is excellent in terms of quality of food, choice and smiling service.

Very nice and comfortable
El Mouradi is very nice four starts hotel situated on the edge of the town, just a foot distance from the desert. The rooms are very comfortable with huge bathroom, air-condition and tv-set.
Unique Quality: The huge hotel restaurant offers both international and Tunisian cuisine with a lot of self-service food. You wont be hungry here, that's for sure.
Among many other facilities, the hotel pool in most attractive. There excist nothing better then the refreshing bath in the pool after camel riding.
