PLEASE BE WARNED
I have never written a review before and believe it is much up to the person to find their own experience but I have just returned from the holiday from HELL! From the moment I entered this hotel I have never been so rudely treated in my entire life. This is a huge money making machine where impoverished workers try to find extra means of money from you at every chance they get not to mention the hotel management that abuse their own staff in front of you as well as their guests. If you want a holiday surrounded by the fat, depressed and downtrodden of life (this hotel is the favourite destination of the Senior's Association of Austria...no joke!!!) then you may enjoy this place. If you enjoy looking out in the dining room and struggling to find a young face then this hotel is also for you. All joking aside this place almost broke me mentally. This place is like a prison with an endless buffet. P.S don't be deceived by the five stars, this is not luxury just a tourist farm.
