Don't know if I would recommend the hotel per se, but it is as far as I know the cheapest hotel in Vic Falls. Not all travellers want to stay at Kingdom...
Sprayview also has a campground which works just fine :-)
Directions: 5 minute walk up the hill (westward) from Kingdom
The hotel was generally good the rooms are very spacious and the staff friendly. The pool and restaurant areas are pleasant.
However the bedding, fixtures and fittings are starting to look a little 'tired', which is understandable in a way as guest numbers are low. It's a shame as I guess this was a very smart place to stay a few years ago.
Due to it's location you also need to get taxis everywhere after dusk.
Directions: Just outside the town centre
Quite Comfy the Sprayview Hotel is a nice enough place to stay. I had it prebooked, hence staying here. Next time I probably would stick to where I stayed the first couple of days at the Shoestring Backpackers. But neverthe less, it was really nice. Comfy, good facilities and service.
Unique Quality: Pool, restaurant. Despite the name, I doubt rarely you can see the spray of the falls, though you can hear it. You can walk to Victoria Falls from here, though there is closer. Nice enough....
Directions: 2 kilometres from the Falls themselves and 1 Km from the shops and centre of Victoria Falls.
Nice rooms but not particularly cheap. While i was in Victoria Falls i stayed at the Sprayview Hotel.
cost me $135 us but that was for a few nights.
Unique Quality: pool, restaurant, shops, cocktail bar and a longish walk to town
