CLASSIC HOTEL: WORST HOTEL IN MANDALAY

This could be the WORST hotel I've ever stayed during my stay in Myanmar.
Electricity always cut off(black out), unfriendly staff and lousy breakfast.

Opinion of Price: less expensive than average
