Awesome.

Great hotel, arguably our favorite in Myanmar.

You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this property. While the rooms are relatively small, they are well-appointed and well-designed. Some of the more upscale hotels we stayed in felt a bit worn (not in a good, "atmospheric" way). Not this place.

The staff here were very, very friendly and concerned about providing excellent service. At times, they actually did a touch too much for us. Be prepared to say hello to each and every staff member you encounter in the halls :)

Good restaurant with a mix of Western, Burmese and Indian dishes.

Unique Quality: - In-room (wired) internet access...Also internet access in the business center
- Cool, outdoor showers (don't worry, there's one in the loo, as well).
- "Waterfall" in the courtyard of the room.

  • Opinion of Price: more expensive than average
