Paradise on Earth

The best Hotel I have ever stayed in (and I have been in some very good ones, like the LakePalaceHotel in Udaipur, which of course is a completely type of Hotel). The Sandoway is located right on the beach, and what a beach it is !!! You have a sunshade on the beach with your room number on it and two loungers, reserved for you and lots of space around. And you have this dream of a tropical beach almost all for yourself. The bungalows are enormous and soooo beautiful. The bathroom alone is bigger than the rooms in some hotels. And it feels as if you were staying in the middle of nature. Breakfeast is a luxury and for dinner we went to one of the many small restaurants right outside the hotel. It was so good and so cheap that we went back to the same one every evening. We were 3 couples and we all agread we had never been in such a charming place, and we all want to go back there. The only problem is that after you stayed at the Sandoway everything else will look poor to you. Don't miss this hotel, it's worth every cent it costs you.

Super-lonely Beach Hotel:

A perfect place to rest after a tour in Myanmar as well as an ideal holiday choice for anyone looking for tranquility and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Situated in a large tropical park between the main-road and the beach several bungalows in Burmese style, beach-front as well as garden-view, are placed.From our beachfront house with its sleeping-room on the first floor a huge window looks to the wonderful clear and inviting ocean

Unique Quality: Not only the ample and generous positioning of the bungalows with plenty of dividing spaces and the beautiful tropical park make Sandoway unique, but also the genuine Italian Restaurant with an italian chef, italian-style menue and a broad selection of (unfortunately not cheap) wines

3. Ngapali beach resort

Italian hotel. We didn`t stay there. It was just close to our hotel . In this hotel you can get dinner with meat ! Not only sea food like everywhere...

This is absolutely true! I will always remember the peace this place offered me. A luxurious garden with the sea for lovely partner.

Great service. Marvellous SPA (try a massage and at the end of it they will offer you the traditional green tea and you would feel in heaven). The beach with almost no one besides yourself. The confort and luxurious details in the rooms and all the exterior area. The views. The sound of the sea. Big and wonderfull pool. Two great restaurants "right on the sand".

A special 5 star to the MEZZANINE!

Stunned marabou

This poor bird is standing all day long close to Sandoway resort`s restaurant keeping silence. If you try to approach he begins to yell some strange sounds.
