Inle Lake View Resort

Luxury accommodation

The Lake View Resort is no doubt a luxury resort.

It has an open air lobby area, excellent restaurant (French owner/Chef), bar and shop.
It also has its own boat docking area.

The rooms are separate from the main hotel lobby area. The bedrooms and bathroom are large and there is a mini bar but there is no air conditioning and the television only had French and German television channels apart from the Burmese channels.

Breakfast was not buffet-you ordered what you wanted and it was made on the spot.

Unique Quality: The views of the lake from the rooms are excellent. The hotel also has its own boat dockyard.

The hotel is near Khaung Daing village. Unfortunately, when we were there we could not find many restaurants or sights to see apart from a small beer shop which sold samoosas.

The restaurant has a lunch and dinner menu. The meals served are excellent but the prices are on a par with European prices.
