Hill Top Villa Hotel, Kalaw: A mountain resort in Myanmar
Some 40 kms from Heho and the Inle-lake, a cool and mountainous hill-resorts invites the heat-suffering traveller: Hill Top Villa Hotel in Kalaw.
The hotel consists of nice cottages, mostly facing Kalaw Valley and the pine-woods.
The cottages are simple, but efficient and offer the usual ** to***-star amenities.
Unique Quality: The hotels nice position on top of Kalaw-Hill,in the middle of pine-woods facing the valley makes the stay pleasant.
The restaurant is rather basic, but offers also nice views (see photo #2), food not bad, but not more; I suppose, that in the village of Kalaw, down the hill, some better restaurants may easily be found !

Dream Villa Hotel Kalaw: Dream Villa
nice , even romantic looking hotel on the outside.
Rooms have some flaws but the friendly staff makes up for that.

Unique Quality: TV but with the electricity breakdowns of little use
Superior rooms have a refrigerator but I hardly see the reason the have a fridge in a bedroom with such low evening temperatures
