Deluxe: Hotel on Sule Road

The location of this hotel is very good ,it is situated in down town on Sule Road.
This hotel is new one and decorated by modern furniture.There are 42 rooms in this hotel.All the room are very clean and relax.But,some people said their rooms are small.Actually,it is enough for two persons and there is no extra bed in this hotel.You can book in advance on line by some western hotel reservation web.So, you no need to carry more dollar for hotel room.
Form this hotel , you can walk to some special places of Yangon : Sule pagoda , Mahabandoola Park,china town , Bogyoke Aung San Market ,TheinGyi Market.You have to take Taxi for Shwedagon Pagoda with 2000 Ks and 6-7000 Ks to airport and 1500 Ks to Botahtaung Pagoda and you can tell to the hotel to arrange for that.

Very good air-conditioner and very relax .

The facilities of this hotel are very amazing . Very good breakfast and room are clean .
I would like to recommended this hotel because you can see the some Myanmar traditional things in this hotel so you no need to go other places to see Traditional things .
When you are in their room ( Deluxe ) , you can get the fresh with lake view when you get up from bed .

The special thing is the view and modern-Myanmar furniture .

Special Deluxe: Asia Plaza Hotel

The hotel is near Railway Station and you can get there within 5 minutes on foot . The hotel is also near with Sule Pagoda and can get there on foot within 10 minutes and can also visit down town form this hotel and came back on foot . You have to hire taxi for Shwedagon pagoda .The room is very clean but have to cover for mosquito . You can take and get the beautiful view of city with Shwedagon Pagoda . There are only 10 TV lines . You can get only free two little bottle drinking water .

Superior: One hotel near Bohtaung Pagoda .

Rooms are with air-con and Satellite TV and comfort bed . Breakfast were also delicious .Staffs of this hotels were very helpful and welcome with smiling face ever .

Location is a little good , can walk to Botahtaung Pagoda within 5 minutes and have to take bus or taxi to down town and Shwedagon pagoda within 10 minutes . If you don't like city noisy , this hotel is convenience hotel .

Standard !: Hotel near city centre , May Shan Hotel !

The hospitality of this hotel's staff are very good and helpful . The rooms are a little wide and comfort . You have to try to get to your room by yourself there is no lift in this hotel . You can use internet in their lobby with 1000 ks per hours and also have services: printer 500 ks for one page . But , it is very expensive than other .

The best thing or this hotels is location . You can see Sule pagoda in this hotel and can take the photos easily : city center with Sule pagoda , city hall and so many things.
You can walk to Sule pagoda within 1 minutes and visit city tour is also easy . You can go to the Train Station with 15 minutes on foot and can buy bus tickets with 15 minutes ,too .

The one of hotel in the richest compound !: Classique Inn

The hotel is at the richest place ,ShweTaungKyar St .
You can get the quiet feeling in this inn .
But , you have to take the taxi where ever you go .
There is no restaurant around this inn but it is easy to buy air tickets near this inn because there are two airline main offices : Air Bagan( the one of very reliable airline in Myanmar ) and Asian Wings near this inn .

It is very good if you want the quiet .

Superior: Panoramic view !

Their services are very good and facilities were also great , this hotel is the mid-range hotel , as star , it is 3 star hotel . you can use the wifi in the lobby and the restaurant will be served you delicious food . But , if you don't like the noise , make sure your room is not with city view because there is a over bridge in front of this hotel . And then , it is located in down town . So , you can start you city tour easily and go back .
And then , it is also very near with train station , you can get there just 5 minutes .

The service of this hotel is good and the rooms are clean and very quite , although it is in the down town . .
I would to recommended this hotel for those who want to make a city tour on foot .
You can go to the Shwedagon Pagoda within 15 minute on foot and 5 minutes by taxi .
And also, can go to the down town easily whenever you want go .
you need to walk about just 5 minutes to Train station .

You can see the city view form some rooms .

Superior: The one of Yangon hotel near Shwedagon Pagoda!

It is located near the Shwedagon Pagoda , can walk there on foot just 10 minutes.
There are four kinds of room : Deluxe , Superior , Junior Suite and Standard .
Now, I give information about Superior , You can see the Shwedagon Pagoda view on the top of this hotel and from the Superior and Junior Suite room . Superior Room is a little wide but most of the A/C are not serve sometime.So,Make sure the room the you live have the good A/C .
There is no lift in this hotel so that you have to climb up on foot to see the view of pagoda view .
If you want the quite , you will be upset in this hotel .
But , you can listen music on dinner in their Restaurant and can order Japanese , Thai and European Food from 10 am to 12 pm Mid-night . The food are very tasty and clean and fresh .

You can get the very beautiful photos of Shwedagon Pagoda view on the top of this hotel .

Central Hotel: If Can Avoid!

Avoid this hotel at all cost if you there are other hotel available. The location is excellent for the price but the rooms are run down and musky. The whole building would need a make over immediately. The only plus point is the message on the top floor, there are 2 shops but go to the smaller shop which look more like a saloon! USD3 for an hour massage!

Outstanding... hmmmm..... location? but the staff were 'quite' friendly and helpful except on the currency notes!

Don't be fool by the rooms photo in their website.
