Location is everything !!! Yes it is, this hotel located in center of city, walking distance to anywhere in downtown. And ofcourse its a member of shangrila group. Because of the location and service they are provided to their guest, this hotel become the buziest hotel in town rather than other 5 stars hotels.
Unique Quality: THey have japanese restaurant, nicely decorated.
They got one chinese restaurant.
They got the lobby cafe where people can have after noon tea and snacks.
Their gallary bar offer 50% discount on drink every thurseday plus free buffet, try that one if you are in town.
swiming pool is small.
Have gym.
Oh they have great view if you got room above 8 floors.

traders hotel is one of the best hotels in yangon... it is well managed and is very central... within 100m from the hotel is the sule pagoda, night market, the city hall and yangon park... and within walking distance is the india town...

Actually the name is Traders Hotel. It is one of the best hotels in Yangon. Right in the center of the city. Search on the internet (Google) for Traders Hotel Yangon and you can get some good rates, around 50 to 60 US dollars a night.
And You get the best cakes in town ... :-) Guess the rates are a little higher, from about 70 US a day. But the location is perfect for a lot of things are in walking distance.

you can search Traders yangon under Shangri-la hotels and resort.
It is we can grade as five stars. the service is good and the rate is fair.
especially you come between may to september which we call low season since we have a lot of rain in these months.
