Yuzana once again
In June, I had yet another chance to stay at Yuzana Garden Hotel. Everything as usual, friendly and comfortable. For those wanting to stay here, you would get a better rate through a travel agent than if you contacted them directly.

Unique Quality: within walking distance of town. quiet ., friendly staff
you should be able to get a double room for 25 to 35 usd depending upon the season

yet another time
during the first part of february i spent one week staying at yuzana garden hotel. as usual a very warm welcome, good room air conditioned and well looked after. each day at breakfast soothing music played on burmese marimba and mohinga from the street brought over for me.
Unique Quality: get in touch with my friend ei thwe who is on vt under novermber girl and she will get you a good rate at this or any other hotel.
taxi to hotel from airport or to airport is about 3500 kyats.
the price is the same single or double for hte accomodation

Currently my favourite hotel in Yangon
I stayed a total of eight nights on three different occasons during the month of March 2004 at Yuzana Garden Hotel. I cannot recommend it enough. The friendly front desk staff and the people who welcome you as they open the doors for you. The rooms are rather large and very comfortable. The building is colonial and then it became a military office before being handed over to become a hotel.
Each day at Breakfast time, someone from the kitchen went out and got us
Mohinga.

Wut Yee, Pho La Pyii, Soe Nyaing Oo, Kyaw Win Naing and SuSu .
