Teo Hotel
We only had a one night stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
The shower was a bit of a trial, the bathroom floor was raised above the level of the main room and there was no dip in the drainage, so the bathroom was flooded out when we had showers (also the shower nozzle makes it a bit hard to clean yourself).
But good location and there is a restaurant and internet access located on the premises.
Access to the rooms is via steps (ie. no elevator).
Unique Quality: You can hear all the flavours of Cambodian life here (loud and clear).

Helpfulness
A bit spartan but ....
Although the largest hotel in town, from the outside it doesn't look much. I found the rooms a bit small but comfortable enough. Very good food in the restaurant in the grounds or on the ground floor inside where breakfast is also served.
