The hotel may not look very posh from the outside but it's very central, next to the main restaurant streets and in walking distance of the market, and most importantly it was extremelly clean. The corridors were always shining. Cleanliness.
Instead in the Bakhong Lodge we stayed in the Reaksmey Chanreas Hotel 100 M more north at the same Sivatha road. It was also a contemporary villa, not with a green shady garden, but the streetside terrace with umbrellas was OK.
We had a large room at the second floor with airco, private bathroom and fridge. Everyday the hotel provided two small bottles of mineral water for free. First I thought I has lost my condition especially climbing the stair between the 1th and 2th floor, but later I found out that the construction of the stairs was so tiring.
I liked my stay in the hotel including the breakfast , shakes and ice-creams in the streetside restaurant. There was only one thing.... I couldn't remember the name of the hotel. Luckily I could easily find my way in the town, but I took their card the first days to be sure to find my way back to the hotel.
