The location is great here but it is worth forking out for the fancier rooms looking over the river. We stayed in the cheaper range quad-sharing room and there were TV and hot shower at USD15 per room per night.
I will recommend this hotel if you want something nice and cheap.
Unique Quality: Great views if you stay at the more expensive and higher floor rooms.
