Very pleasant 4 star resort hotel.
The imperial garden villa & hotel is a huge hotel and villa complex in the center of Pnom Penh.
There are dozens of vilas and many hotel rooms and the place is well equipped with many facilities like pool, gym, conference rooms etc.
I stayed there with a group i was leading through Cambodia and they were very happy there.
The breakfast at the hotel was one thing they liked in particular.
The staff was always polite and helpful and my room very nice and functional.
I am normally not the kinda person who in private stays at such big complexes, but if you like the big luxury hotels then this is a good place to stay in Pnom Penh.
the location is very good too, right by the Mekong river.

away from the noise
Its a hotel attached to lots of serviced apartments (its next door to Cambodiana near the Fairground)
Breakfasts were good - western stuff cooked to order, lots of asian stuff as well
Its got a pool.
Dozens of TV channels to surf through
