Very friendly staff!!

We stayed two nights at the New York Hotel in april 2008. The room was tiny and had views on walls. So we weren't to satisfied, but the staff was very friendly and that made our stay quite good! You are pretty close to where the action is in Phnom Peng, so that is great too.

Unique Quality: From their website: The six-story newly renovated New York Hotel is only a 15 minute drive to and from the Phnom Penh International Airport.
It is situated in the heart of Phnom Penh city on Monivong Blvd which is known to be the business, shopping and entertainment district.
The hotel is ideally in close proximity to many local attractions such as the historical Central Market, Sorya Shopping Center, Wat Phnom Penh Temple, National Museum, Independent Monument and the Royal Palace, Bus/Boat Terminal, Government Ministries, Embassies, NGOs and other interesting sites.
