This friendly hotel is on Monivong blvd., not too far from the sights of Phnom Penh. Central market and Wat Phnom.

Unique Quality: A lift that actually worked, and the cleanliness. Very good restaurant through a door in the vestibule. There is also a very strange night club on the first floor. Married men go there at your peril!!!

Directions: On the corner of Charles de Gaulle blvd. 15 mins walk from all the major sites.
