Fantastic!
One of the best guesthouses I have stayed in! Highly recommended for anyone stopping in Phnom Penh for a night or two! The owners/staff were very friendly and willing to help and answer all my questions.
Unique Quality: At 6 USD a night, I had a room with fan, clean private bathroom, bed that sleeps two, tv with more channels then you could imagine. Being somewhat of a couch potato sometimes, what really struck me were the channels! I watched a few live football matches in the comfort of the room...a priviledge that i don't even have at home!

Cheap and clean and good.
AC room with bathroom and TV is USD 12, Fan Room is USD 8.
Food is good too.
Unique Quality: The speak good English and Chiness, you may also buy ticket from them.

Cheap and good
The room was not bad, AC, with bathroom and TV and bed. The room rate from USD 8 to USD 15, I paid for USD 12 per night. Stay there for two nights.

Sunday Guesthouse
Not conveniently located but Sunday Guesthouse, a pleasant family operated guesthouse, offers city tours, airline ticket services, and a good meal. Look for the hamburger sign or better yet, ask a taxi or tricycle driver.
