We didn't see any foreign tourists around, only domestic tourists and business people.
It has a bathtub, TV (no cable so I just watch one channel with English news), room is medium sized and fairly clean but it smells of smoke. I've seen smokers all around China even in restaurants and other enclosed public spaces so you better prepare your lungs.
Traditional Chinese breakfast (rice porridge, scrambled eggs, dimsum, green leafy vegetables and soya milk) is available. It's either they don't serve coffee/tea or we just don't know Chinese words for such.
It's around 40 minutes to Beijing Capital Airport and 30 minutes away from Tiananmen Square.
If you cross the footbridge a few meters away from the hotel, you'd get into a 4 -storey shopping mall called Ito Yamato.
