Is it really worth staying here?
Jiu Hua Spa & Resort is situated a bit too far from Beijing. I have attended a conference that was held here and I have decided to book a room in the resort. However, travelling to Beijing everyday from here was a pretty interesting experience, although at times pretty tiring. Of course, there is always the taxi option, but that option will increase your time of travelling only by a few minutes if you catch a traffic jam.
Unique Quality: I can't say I have seen unique qualities. I was there in the month of October and I wasn't that tempted to try the termal springs. Probably they are worth it. I liked that the rooms had free (restricted) Internet. But I was able to follow all the international matches late in the Chinese night. The room attendants were very polite all the time.
There are also some shops in the compound, but the prices were completely inflated, even more expensive than in Europe. Also I have tried two of their restaurants, and their food was really untasty:)
