  • This is a very nice hotel with splendid public areas and a great selection of restaurants. Liked the Italian one a lot. Rooms however are only a bit above 5 star average as the furnishing looks old but is well-maintained. I was very delighted to receive friendly and efficient service throughout the hotel and not that kind of excessive one where they take your hand. Location is great if you're not a regular tourist but more focusing on business, shopping and dining. On-ground department store carries expensive Western brands but the supermarket in the basement is convenient.

    The pool scene is really nice, while the lobby lounge is stylish but yet very comfortable. There is also a colorful and rather quiet garden that is a safe harbor in busy Beijing.
