The hotel lobby is decent enough, but arriving at close to midnight means that it's entirely deserted with only 1 staff manning the reception. The front desk can speak simple english, but not the housekeeping dept. Overall, it's a basic hotel at reasonable rates if you just need a place to stay.
The rooms are of reasonable size, but the bathroom is really small. Even for me, as an Asian, I find it a little too cramp, so I can't really imagine a larger size person trying to move around in the bathroom. Housekeeping is really quite patient and good. We had to trouble them 3 times in the middle of the night for small things such as how to operate the safe, how to turn on the shower and where the bathroom slippers are. Each and everytime, they came within 5 mins and each time, they were very patient in assisting us. The other unique thing is that they change our bathroom slippers and provide new ones everyday. Not entirely common, but really useful to know if you happen to lose them somewhere in the room. Breakfast, though, needs to be improved upon. It's one of the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Maybe it's because they don't really know how to make nice international breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights there, and ate my breakfast there once.
