One thing what I did not like was the fact that shower was next to the toilet seat and there were nothing to keep the shower water just in the shower area. Once you took a shower the bathroom floor stayed wet till the next day.
These are just minor things but they "hit to my eye" so to say.
Also, there is one thing that you should know. Even if the hotel has hotel cards (hotel name, phone number and a small map printed on) it did not help in orientating back to the hotel. You can ask the reception to call a cab for you when leaving to downtown but coming back was not easy for me. I took the subway to the closest stop and then tried to take a taxi back to the hotel. Even if the hotel is relatively near the closest metrostop the taxi drivers did not know where it is located. It is harder if you can't remember the way back to the hotel as I couldn't!
So, take a photo or memorise the turn from the mainroad to the hotel. It will be a great help! So, it was more than challenging to get back to the hotel. Taxi drivers know the big and fancy hotels for sure but little hotels like this...well, they just cant know them all.
The area around the hotel was clean and safe. No problems there. The people in the reception spoke English and were helpful. Room was relatively clean.
