My wife Yuzhen is from Chongqing and she speaks Chinese but only a little English. I am American. Soon I will send her to Chongqing cause we buy a house there. Now we live in Florida so she will have to change planes in New Jersey. I will send a letter with her for someone to help her change terminals and find her right flight but still I am concerned. Do you have any suggestions please?

Talk to the airline. A gate agent can arrange for her to be transferred with an official airport escort to her connecting flight. The same thing is done for unaccompanied minors and foreigners travelling without a US visa.

There is a rotating restaurant in town close to the Mariott. It is especially good a night as it rotates around and lets you view the entire city I love walking around the town. It has everything I like. Mountains, rivers, and Sechuan cooking.
A closer look at the temple. On the uphill from the banks of the river, there are many remaining souvenier shops desperately trying to earn some last minute revenues. God knows what will happen to all these people after the flooding of the area.
