Longyan in Western Fujian stretches 19,000 square kilometers, accounting for 15.7 percent of Fujian's total area, and has a population of 2.69 million, among which the Hans is the main nationality and other minority nationalities. Hakka Dialect and South Fujian Dialect are the main dialects here.
A village where was ever a necessary passingby for officials and lived a few nobles. Now the bustling in former days doesn't exist though it has kept as original since Ming and Qing dynasties.
To get to Peitian remember the place 'Pengkou'. From there you can take minibus to the village.
