Huli Shan Pao Tai (Huli Mountain Cannon Platform) is a 19th century piece of german heavy artillery with a range of over 10,000 meters. This cannon is located near a beach and was used to protect Xiamen from invaders.There is a nice little park and fort to see here and on a clear day you can make some of the islands that are part of taiwan from across the ocean.
