I am in Xiamen this saturday (july 2nd) and need the cheapest way to get to the airport. Also I am arriving at the bus station very early on saturday.....Any suggetions on what should i do during the day? And also how much will a taxi cost to the airport? How long is the travel? And is there another way i can get to the airport that is cheaper? thanks!

The recently upgraded Anthropological Museum exhibits models, pottery, stoneware, calligraphy, currency, art and weapons. Also on campus is a Memorial Hall to revolutionary writer Lu Xun. Maps are available at university gates.
A huge granite statue pays tribute to Zheng Chenggong, Xiamen's favourite historical figure. Described as both a pirate and a hero, he waged war on the Qing Dynasty and drove the Dutch from Taiwan in 1662.
My favorite fish dish in Xiamen.
It has a chucky texture but leterary melts in your mouth when chewed on. The meat is sweet and really fresh. It was swimming in the display tank just a moment ago.
Other dishes are the eels. The bamboo shellfish wasn't fresh, and the prawns were too small.
