Dunhuang Hotel (Dunhuang Binguan)
Excellent four-star hotel very close to the night market.
The rooms were enormous and very well equipped and far cheaper than most other 4* hotels in China. There are several good restaurants, including a 24 hour Japanese restaurant-cum-Western coffee shop.
The hotel is surrounded by travel agencies, all of whom can arrange visits to all the local sites.
The hotel has a very extensive shop, unlike most hotels in China; it's actually a branch of the Friendship Store.
