Accommodation at Tulugou and Liancheng: Accommodation at Tulugou and Liancheng

There is a big, grim concrete structure at the Tulugou National Forest Park, north of Liancheng. It seems to be open but when I visited in September it was eerily deserted with just a lonely clerk standing awestruck at a desk in the gloom. I have no further information about this hotel but it would seem to be unstarred or maybe 1 star. I didn't see a restaurant but guess there must be one as the place is a long way from any village.
Note also that there is no hotel in the main Liancheng town, but there is a hotel in the upper village about 7km further north along the valley opposite the entrance to the FerroAlloy Plant.
