Good location with convenient transportation
I chose this hotel primarily for its location and convenience. There are bus connections directly in front of the hotel that will take you almost anywhere in Guangzhou.
The service is up to Hong Kong standards, which comes as no surprise as it's a Hong Kong managed property.
The standard rooms are clean and you can get a good night's sleep.
It has a travel desk that can book train and airplane tickets to other destinations in China.
Unique Quality: There is a large Internet Bar on the 3rd floor which has cheap hourly rates and is open until the late evening hours.
Next door to the hotel is Fruity Mix, which you can read about in my restaurant tips.
The 5 star Garden Hotel is also nearby, which serves as the final stop (and departure point) for one of the bus lines from Hong Kong.
