Hello,

You can contact this person. You can tell him that you find his number from Firat.

I had some jobs (like translating etc.)with him before. He is a believable and

trustable person and his viewpoint to the life is not just for money.

You can call him (or send an SMS message) before your going:

Good luck.

Travel Tips for Guangzhou

Post-Apocalyptic Shamian Dao.

by Guantanamera

This is one of my favorite buildings on Shamian Dao, located on Shamian Daijie, somewhere around the intersection of 3rd or 4th street... Crumbling, decaying and dilapidated, this seemingly ancient, timeworn construction, hidden behind an overgrowth of trees, suggests the abandoned precinct of a post-apocalyptic catastrophe of some kind...

Modern Baiyun International Airport

by walterwu

Guangzhou has a new Baiyun International Airport which is much further from town compared to the original Baiyun International Airport. An expressway leads directly to the International Airport.

The airport is ultra modern and has seats available at the departure hall for you to while you book your tickets, wait for checking in of luggages, etc. I, understand, there are locker services though I have not seen it myself while I was there.

Arrival / Departure monitors for both domestic and international flights are in English. There are cafe, shops in the Arrival / Departure Halls. However, within the boarding areas, most of these shops seems to close before the last flight is out.

Memorial Garden to the Martyrs.

by Guantanamera

The Memorial Garden includes many traditional style Chinese structures, diverse plants and trees as well as some large ponds. The photo here shows some traditional Chinese sculptures at the Memorial Garden with one of Guangzhou's modern skyscrapers in the distance...
