Take long distance bus from Guangzhou to Zhuhai, Bus terminal is near the train station but you need to check the exact place as there are a few different long distance bus terminals in Guangzhou. Bus about 2 1/2 hours, I forgot the price.
Take long distance bus to Gongbei/Zhuhai which is near the Macau border crossing, go across. You can then take the AP1 bus from the Macau border (HK$4-5) per person to airport or you can take a cab which will probably cost you around HK$50. Taxi approximately 15 minutes, bus could be 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.

Cave Bar

by Guantanamera about Cave Bar

The Cave Bar is a nightclub and restaurant located near the Garden Hotel on Huanshi Donglu... They have reasonable approximations of Western favorites such as quesadillas and potato skins, though they don't quite match up to the authentic originals... Drinks are expensive here as the place caters mainly to expats... There's a latin music and salsa dancing party one night per week... They also have a foosball table and when I was there, I got into a fiercely competitive match with an incensed Russian gangster who played his heart out -- final score was Russian gangster 9, Guantanamera 10! Guantanamera wins by one point!!

Guangzhou Rams Rugby

by Cuteclu

"Here come the ladies..."

After being inspired last year to organize a ladies contact rugby team, we finally had a chance to test what we'd learned.

This March we played against the China National Women's Rugby team. It was awesome.

From creating a team out of a few players who'd played, and many who'd never even heard of rugby, the chance to play a real game was great!

"Giving Chase"

We were all a little shell-shocked as we entered the first half of the game, but by the second half we really pulled it together.

No tries were had by our team, but we managed some fantastic tackles!

"Hard as rocks"

The China National team players were built like rocks. They had muscles and speed, a deadly combination.

Luckily for us we had some strength...now we just need the speed.

Take her down Kathy!

"The great thing about rugby is..."

How many things shoul I list?

The sports
The friendship
The beer
The boys
The international aspect
The bruises
The pain, etc

It's all worth it!
