Cantonese Food - Dim Sum
Yu Jing Xuan, located in the Grand International Hotel, gave me a good impression when I first stepped in. Decorated elegantly, it has a typical big Hong Kong Dim Sum restaurant settings. It has soft lighting, spacious seats and friendly waiters and waitresses (when I say friendly, it's at the GZ context, so still don't expect too much.)
As there will be no table sharing, the waiting time here is long. I waited about 40 mins to get my table. Food was fine, not really fantastic but none of the 6 dishes we ordered taste awful, so I think this restaurant is still quite okay. They also have smoking and non smoking area.
Please don't be mistaken by the picture, they serve 3 pieces, not 2 for each dish we ordered. Just that my husband had eaten 1 piece each from each plate before I have this photo taken. Haha! Char Siew So (Roast pork pastry) - Flaky pastry and the roast pork filling is rich and sweet. It still taste good after I bought home some and tried them few hours later.
