    • I really like my stay here. Although this is the only hotel i've been to in China, the rooms and services live up to it's 5-star ratings. Rooms are clean and spacious. It cost to link up to internet. The hotel itself has a mini shopping arcade where you can shop for Burberry and Starbucks. There's a subway (Yue Xiu Gong Yuan station) beside the hotel, and it's only 2 stops away to Guangzhou's shopping district, Beijing Lu.

    One of the reason why I chose this hotel was because Marriott.com was having a 3 for 2 promotion. Other than that, I had no idea where it was located b4 arrival. Luckily for me, the coach that I took from HK arrived right at its doorstep; which proves to be convenient in the night. It took me slightly over 2 hours to arrive.

    US$88 + Tax per room per night inclusive of breakfast for 2.

    The room was reasonable size & the buffet breakfast was sumptuous.
    There are also some shops on the ground floor where one can browse but not buy! Unless you are carrying lots of cash!

    China hotel is one of the best hotels in Guangzhou city. The hotel is opposite to the Canton Fair. I really enjoy my stay in the hotel.

    A 5 star deluxe full-service complex comprised of a hotel tower, one office tower, 2 full service apartments block, and one shopping arcade. The hotel has 885 recently renovated rooms and suites.

    All rooms feature stereo TV, complimentary CNN, HBO, and in-house movies; smoke detectors and sprinklers; multi-lingual voice mail and data ports. All guests receive complimentary use of all-new fitness center, sauna, pool and golf simulators and have Internet access at our business center.

    There is a children's playground in hotel garden and brand name shops such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Cartier in the brand new lobby.

    Newly rennovated, I found my stay here very satisfying. The rooms were clean and I found the shower/bathtub area unique. As you can see from the picture. There is a glass wall between the tub and the bed area. You can of course have some privacy by pulling down a curtain, but it allows you to watch TV from the comfort of your bathtub and the sound of the TV is piped through. My room came with a complimentary breakfast. It was just okay. I'll admit the selection is wide-western style breakfast, dim sum, Japanese, fruits, cereals, soups, etc.
