In GZ there's a street called Yide lu. I wouldn't say they have specialty stores in just gothic accessories but they have costume shops where you can get some similar items. The shops look like they have really low inventory but if you tell the assistants what you want and how much, they run over to their warehouse or storage shed and get you what you need. I suggest you bring some prepared Chinese phrases to communicate effectively. The local language is of course Cantonese but I can get by with Mandarin. Also, everyone knows where Yide lu is in the city so you can ask a taxi driver to just take you there by saying the name but a cross-road is better. Sorry I don't have one off the top of my head but there's the nearby landmark of the Shishi church, which actually is a gothic style Catholic church. Ha! Get your fill. ;) Good luck.
