There are two terminals, and it is not clear until you get there which terminal handles which airlines. Check-in is done the old-fashioned way....one desk - one flight.....so you have many empty check-in desks (with bored staff sitting behind them) and long, long, long lines of passengers queueing to check-in. The information screens are confusing because they show the fight number and check-in desk but not the departure time. This is fine if things are going well, but if there are cancellations it makes it *really* difficult to find the departure times of other flights....even harder when the screen (in Terminal A) is rotating at the same time!!!!!
The online flight information is also poorly planned because the Departure listing only shows accurate information for the first page, and for the second page onwards shows only the *Arrival* information. Grrrrrrrrr. Why is it so difficult to get these really simple things sorted out?
As a rule of thumb:
Terminal A: CZ, MU, HU, 3U, FM, MF
Terminal B: CA, ZH, SC, 3E
