We stayed on the 35th floor, which is part of the hotel's Continental Club, rooms with the best views and luxurious spaces. Service is excellent as all staff were friendly and helpful, especially then general manager Henk Meyknecht, who was ever-present and ready to greet hotel guests with a smile.
Cafe Marco also offers excellent food. Don't forget to try their vegetarian sushi.
The continental club rooms offer a panoramic view of Shenzhen city. The hotel gives the ambiance of luxury but still feels cozy at the same time.
