Shenzhen Xili Hotel
Yes, it looks like a dog's ass with a hat on, but don't be put off.
For Y288 per night, this 3-star hotel is good value. The rooms have evrything needed and everything works just fine. Rooms are big and the beds are firm but on the short side.
There are more modern places and there are those with more facilities, but if you are looking for a bed for the night, this'll do just fine!
Unique Quality: The downside is that the coffeeshop/breakfast room is poor. Thet struggled to serve decent coffee or a decent breakfast. (But the staff were friendly and smiling!).
Be warned that despite being centrally located, road access is very poor because there are railings along the street and the side roads are horrendously blocked (took an hour to get out of the car-park)
