Hi there,
Could you please recomend a reliable coach service from to zhuhia to guilin.
We want to leave Zuhai on the 31/10/08 and arrive same day in Guilin.
Please gie us details of coach timetable cost and travel time for this trip.
I can't give details as such. My map of Zhuhai says that buses to Guilin leave from Gong Bei. I would imagine it's at least 12 hours, so these are probably sleeper-buses, which to me are a killer. The new expressway should open in a couple of months, reducing the time by at least 4 hours.
There is a phone number 0756-2225345 but you need to have a Chinese speaker I guess.
There are no direct flights.
For same day travel your best bet would be getting a flight from Shenzhen Airport to Guilin. You can do your check in at Zhuhai Ferry Port (JiuZhouGang and they have a bus service direct to Shenzhen Airport. Next best would be bus to Gunagzhou then bus to airport . If you dont speak any Chinese then I fel the Zhuhai/Shenzhen way would be easier as even if you have trouble communicating with the staff at the Zhuhai Port there is a high likelyhood of people who speak English being around you.
The bus K36 leaves Guangzhou at 5:36pm and get Guilin about 6:30AM TO 7:30AM next morning. the cost 200RMB - 300 RMB .

And some legend has been told about her, I have to find out about, I do love legends ... Not my best memory ...
My batteries went down and I could not one single picture of this wonderful Fishing Lady ...
So I decided the first next time in Zhuhai will be right onto the symbol statue of Zhuhai

We visited Zhuhai August in 2006. Zhuhai is located near Hong Kong.
It takes about 1 hour by ship from Hong Kong. Kantong Sea food is very delicious!
We visited Zhuhai August 2007 again.
