Cheap hotel in good location
This hotel was a 2/3 star hotel located opposite the Li River and Elephant Hill. It was quite comfortable - room compact but clean, staff friendly with a Korean restaurant connected to it. There was also a tourist guide service and through her we organised a tour guide for the day and our flight back to Shenzhen. However, we did not do the Li River tour with her. (see tourist trap)
The hotel was very close to the main street - we walked to the Guilin Department store and ate at restaurants along the main street Zhongshan Road.
Cost: 200 Yuan night
