There's a chinese restaurant attached at the corner of the hotel lobby. Buffet breakfast is a bit lack in variety and staff seldom replenish food.
There are some small sachets available in the bathroom for both men and women. They are usually feminine / male hygiene wash and condom for emergency use. Don't open it out of curiosity. RMB10 per sachet, pay at reception after use.
On the dressing table there's a thick Guilin travel guidebook with glossy paper and photos and most of all it's well-written in english and full of useful tips. Enquire at the reception if you would like to purchase a copy.
175 elegantly furnished rooms of different types. 80% of the rooms has city view.
