3-tastes Tea

This is tea is frangrant in smell and taste. The tea is made from boiling together bamboo leaves, ginger and brown sugar. You can either drink it hot or cold. When chilled, it a refreshing drink.
Yellow Steamed Buns

Made from glutinous millet. It is firstly washed and dried and put into a steamer to cook it. Once cooked it is then beaten repeatedly with a stone mortar and then pressed into a round "cake". A little peanut oil is rubbed on top of the "cake" The taste is a bit bland except for the smell of the millet.
5 Coloured Glutinuous Rice

Made by mixing the glutinous rice with 4 coloured plants leaves of Chinese sweet gum's leaves(black colour), yellow ginger, Hong Lan Cao (red colour) and violet plant (purplish in colour) and then steam in a wooden food steamer to cook.
This has a unique taste - the blend of the fragrance from the leaves
