"Fire in the Wok?"
by myspices
When it comes to frying - i mean real frying, the Chinese really does it best!. The fire is so strong and the wok is so hot that the fire just "flies" into the wok ....... The food that comes out from this frying is definately "thoroughly" fried! and to most Chinese, these are really tasty!

Nanning is a fairly large city(pop 1million city center), located about 150km north of the vietnam border. Not to much to do here, but for a few days its okay. Weather is hot and humid, barring now(january), december and late november. The people here are fantastic, everyone is very friendly and curious. Prices here are very cheap for virtualy everything. Spoken english is at a minimum here, but due to the many english schools, its improving rapidly.
Spots to visit nearby include, the waterfall at the vietnam border(cant recall the name),guilin, and yangshou( a must).
Dog, as you can see, is on the menus out here, only tried a little, tasty, little chewy, but bottem line, its a dog. no fanks.
