Sheraton Guiyang Hotel

This is really a good hotel and is much better than any other in Guiyang. Located just down the street from Walmart in the city centre near the river. They have big rooms, clean carpets, and the heating and airconditioning work - remarkable for a Guiyang hotel. Most of the management are expats from Malaysia and Singapore and they know how to run a hotel. The bars are quiet and a bit expensive but if you go out of the hotel and turn right, and then turn right again into the first lane you will find a great KTV and Disco just beside the police station. The hotel restauants are quite good, especially the lunch buffet on the 2nd floor. Executive club has open cocktails from 5 to 8.
