Yalong Bay's best Hotel
this hotel was opened in 2003, get famous becoz of holding Miss World Competition. The landscape in the resort is so lovely, as well as the swimming pool, they have 2 heated pools, that you won't feel chilled in winter time. I love their Grand Deluxe Sea View room. Fantastic Ocean View. The best restaurant is Bai Yun Chinese Restaurant, they will serve you the best chinese dishes, you have to try the Weh Cheung chicken for sure, very delicious.
Unique Quality: I love lotus cafe, it's a open restaurant, and they have lovely waterfall around the restaurant. it's a real retreat to have high tea in lotus.

best resort at sanya
a nice resort, beautiful garden, lots of facilities, staff is always smiling. i will stay there again if i visit sanya next time.
Unique Quality: several outdoor pools you may enjoy, the only one at yalong bay with so many pools.

Wonderful facility
We were pleasantly surprised by the facility at the Sheraton, we stayed in an executive suite because we brought our kids. There was plenty of room for them to relax and play indoors with a nice sitting area as well as a dinning area with a HUGE balcony.
The grounds were gorgeous and the food was very good as well. There was so much to do in and around the facility so we stayed on the grounds for 5 days versus going out. They had a shallow pool which was great for the little ones with a wonderful sand playground and a nice slide for the older children as well.
The only downside was the quality of english speakers there. It was a struggle to get our points across for many issues, but all in all we made our way through that and had a wonderful time.
Unique Quality: The pools were great, the rooms spacious...the beds ARE HARD, which lead to an achy back on my part and uncomfortable sleep. But all in all it was a gorgeous facility.

Top Resort in Yalong Bay, Sanya
Sheraton Sanya Resort, an international 5* hotel. I think no need I to say so much, you know it's the toppest. No matter service, facilities or amenities. Maybe you know more about this hotel than me. : )
Unique Quality: Laguna View Room, you could jump into the swimming pool from the balcony of your room. Very exciting! Right?

Sheraton Sanya Resort
We didn't stay here, but spent a day using the hotel's excellent facilities. The whole pool and garden area has been extensively and beautifully landscaped, better than I have seen anywhere else in China. Both the front gardens and the beachside have been laid out with paths, trees and shrubs, with small and large swimming pools all over the place: waterfalls, islands, jacuzzis, little pavilions and small bars. This is truly an exclusive and well serviced retreat, which is highly recommended. We were charged RMB100 per person for use of the pool, but if you don't want to swim, then it is easy to blend in with the guests. I suggest that this is probably the best resort hotel in China, although visitors used to the resorts in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia may wonder what all the fuss is about.
