A convenient and clean hotel
This hotel is supposed to be the best in Heihe. I will never know as I didn't stay in any others, buuuuut i was very pleased with this one, so I'll agree with them on this point! The rooms were spacious, some with sofas and a balcony overlooking the Heilongjiang River. My room looked over a road, but my editor had 'a room with a view' and with his cheap binoculars that he bought from a Chinese Russian shop, he would stare across the river spying on the neighbouring country! Oh no, that was me!Oooopssss!
