Together with the markets, the restaurants in Jiaozuo were outstanding.
Not only because of the food (in general, we think the food is great all over China). What made Jiaozuo restaurants special was the quality of the service. Wherever we went, we always felt truly welcomed, and we always enjoyed the experience.
We'll always remember a special occasion, where a restaurant decided to re-open (it was quite late at night) just for us, and they even wanted to give us a discount!!!
