The stay was o.k. about what I would expect for a 3 star china hotel that thinks it is a 4 star hotel.

Do not under any circumstances go to the 2nd floor masage. It is nothing more than a come on and a rip off. I was constantly harassed to go for the 500 rmb service rather than just a massage which I was wanted. I told them the promo in the room said 100 rmb and they wanted 200 rmb, finally after I said no for what I had said was the last time, they relented and said ok for the massage for 100 rmb and it would be very good. The massage lady shows up gives me one of the worst massages ever and all through the masasge constantly tries to get me to go for 500 rmb.

By the way, for what they were offering for 500 rmb, the price point is 200 rmb elsewhere.

Couple that bad attitude and total unprofessionalsim with the harrassment, it was worth the 100 rmb just to get rid of the annoyance, neverthe less it was still a rip off and I do not recomend this hotel because of that experience.

Go the the friendship hotel down the street. The location is just as good and they have a nicer enviornment as well as internet access in the lobby.

Directions: It is a good location.

One of the recommended hotel in Luoyang. It has a revolving restaurant on top with a beautiful view on the central park and the rest of the city. The room appears to be confortable and the hotel has lots of shops.
