Excellent hotel and staff
I stayed here 2 times for work. Both times were very nice.. All of the staff is very helpful and nice, also they all speak very good English. First time there I was picked up at PVG airport, that was very helpful. I even checked in a bit late, at 1:30 am and the lady that booked my room for me stayed late and checked me in, yes at 1:30 am. She was very helpful and polite, as was all the staff.
Yes excellent food service. I will be back.
