Liang2 Fen3
by ellyse about "Huang Ji" Liang Fen
There's a great stall at the left of the "gateway" to the Jiangnan Imperial Examinations Museum selling "liang2 fen3". There's usually a queue there so you can't miss it, if you can read Chinese it's called "Huang2 Ji4". Something like cold rice vermicelli with garlic, vinegar and chilli sauce. 1 RMB for a small bowl and 2 RMB for a much bigger portion. Yummy!

Nanjing

I decided to visit Nanjing after reading about the Nanjing Massacre Museum and Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum. From Synotrip.com, I found a great local tour guide (Samantha). I also always allow a free day for myself just to hang out and absorb what the city has to offer. Definitely will return to this city again. Don't forget to visit the local Walmart. The food section is very much unlike the Walmart in the US.
